Is a passionate litigator who served both public as well as private legal entities, with exceptional results. She was the legal adviser for many years for central institutions, ensuring either transactions for the parties in dispute or legal assistance when the case so imposed.

She was the key-litigator as well as coordinator of the entire legal activity of one of the greatest energy producer in Romania for almost 5 years, in which capacity she was involved in all aspects of insolvency – with an overwhelming success rate of over 95 percent won cases – as well as negotiating the Collective Labor Agreement, representing the client in the aforementioned litigations throughout all levels of jurisdiction and also appearing in front of international International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Her expertise covers civil law – in matters of real estate litigation, property, building permits, inheritance – commercial and statutory regulations, labor law, insolvency.

She is also an insolvency practitioner as of 2015 and member of the Bucharest Bar since 2002.
