Was involved in high-profile cases related to competition matters in various key industries such as telecom and pharma, and public procurement proceedings. During her more than 9 years of experience, she mainly specialized in dispute resolution projects and she has also advised and assisted clients in data protection, consumer protection, corporate & regulatory projects and real estate matters.

Alice has developed a significant practice in numerous types of disputes, including administrative, competition, commercial or intellectual property across a variety of business sectors like telecom, energy, IT&C, healthcare, and retail. During the last years, she has been also involved in international arbitration mandates referring to complex commercial and private international law matters.

While she worked with a major international law firm, she was involved in several due diligence investigations in real estate acquisition projects.

She is a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2013.
